Contact customer service if you have any problems. • Protect the equipment, cables, and power supply from mechanical and thermal effects.
---
PREPARING THE EQUIPMENT=================Check the condition of the equipment before each exercise session. Never use it if it is damaged and contact customer service.
• Before each exercise session, check that the screws for all adjustable parts (front post, seat post, seat) and all other connections are engaged and securely tightened. Retighten them if necessary. • When inserting or adjusting the front post and seat post, always observe the required minimum depth. • Only adjust the height of the front post with the monitor attached with the help of a second adult: One person must hold the front post securely while the second person operates the clamping knob. • The assembly and operating location of the equipment must meet the following requirements: - Dry and clean indoor area, free from explosive or flammable substances and dust - Temperature within the operating range (see technical specifications) - No obstacles or dangerous objects under or near the equipment - No heat sources or ventilation openings nearby - Minimum distance to walls or objects: 2 m (6.6 ft) - Level, firm, and non-slip surface; use a heat-resistant mat on sensitive surfaces • After transporting from cold to warm: wait 1 hour to avoid condensation problems. • Check that the equipment is level. Disconnect the equipment from the power supply during a thunderstorm.
---
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS DURING EXERCISE=========================================• Always warm up properly before exercising. Cool down after exercising. • If you experience limb pain, chest pain, nausea, shortness of breath, or similar symptoms: stop exercising immediately and seek medical advice. • Wear clothing that is tight enough to prevent it from being caught in machine parts. Use a hair restraint if you have long hair.
Risk of injury from moving pedals and cranks! The equipment does not have a freehub: The flywheel continues to drive the pedals even after you stop pedaling.
- Always use the equipment with full attention. - If the pedals are turned too forcefully by the flywheel during exercise, press the brake knob below the multi-position handle downward: The flywheel will be braked. - Reduce the speed slowly and carefully. - Bring the pedals to a complete stop before getting off. Make sure the pedal you last step off of is in the lowest position.
---

To move the equipment, lift it only by the handle on the rear stand. Protect the monitor from impact, swinging, or collision when moving. • Storage location requirements: - Dry and clean indoor area, free from explosive or flammable substances and dust - Temperature within the operating range (see technical specifications) - No direct sunlight • Protect from dust during long-term storage.
---
HANDLING THE POWER SUPPLY=======================• Use only the original power supply with a suitable cable and only indoors. • Use the power supply only when it is in perfect condition. • The local supply values must be within the permissible range. • Position the cable so that there is no tripping hazard and no mechanical stress. • Never cover the power supply; always ventilate it sufficiently. Allow it to cool before storing. • Keep the power supply and cable away from moisture, harsh substances, heat sources, and sharp-edged objects. • In case of defects (e.g., unusual odor): immediately disconnect the power supply from the mains (turn off the circuit breaker). • Repairs may only be carried out by qualified and authorized persons.
