Are distances displayed in kilometers or miles?

The distance displayed on the treadmill is in kilometers.

When should I lubricate the treadmill belt?

For the treadmill to function properly and have a long service life, the running belt must be adequately lubricated with silicone oil. Thin tubes on the underside of the device serve as a lubrication system. You can apply silicone oil there after the first 25 hours of use (2–3 months), and no later than after 50 hours of use (5–8 months). Before lubricating your device, make sure it is unplugged. If you’re unsure whether you should lubricate the running belt, run your finger across the top of the running deck underneath the belt. If the running deck feels slightly oily, it is lubricated sufficiently.

How do I clean the treadmill properly?

We recommend wiping sweat off the equipment with a slightly damp cloth after each use. Please do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents. Be careful when handling liquids, and under no circumstances allow moisture or water to come into contact with the computer or other electronic components.

Is the sProRun treadmill compatible with the Sportstech Live app?

Yes. The sProRun treadmill is compatible with the Sportstech Live app.

Does the treadmill have a folding feature for space-saving storage?

Yes, our treadmill features a convenient folding design that lets you store it upright and save space.

How can I adjust the color of the LEDs, and is there a way to turn down the startup sound?

The LED colors change depending on your speed or heart rate zone. The startup sound is currently set to a fixed volume and cannot be adjusted.

How much power does the treadmill use?

Our treadmill is energy-efficient and has relatively low power consumption.

My treadmill belt isn’t tight enough. What can I do?

The treadmill is pre-tensioned at the factory. However, due to stretching, you may need to retighten and adjust the treadmill after some time. This is done using the screws in the end caps of the treadmill frame, which can be turned with the included Allen key. Turn the screws evenly and carefully, alternating between both sides, about a quarter turn clockwise to increase the tension. Please do not overtighten.

Can you also jog on the treadmill, and what is the maximum speed?

The treadmill is designed for jogging. The maximum speed is 12 km/h.

Is the treadmill compatible with heart rate monitors, and how do I pair them?

The treadmill is compatible with the “sPulse” from Sportstech. Pairing is done through the “Sportstech Live” app.

How loud is the treadmill during operation, and is it suitable for use in an office?

The operating noise of our treadmill is relatively low during normal use, making it suitable for use in the office as well.

What are the dimensions of the running surface, and what is included in the delivery?

The running surface measures 100x40cm. The package includes the treadmill, power cable, user manual, Safety Clip, and tools for attaching the support feet.

Is the treadmill suitable for users of all weight classes?

The maximum user weight for the sProRun is 150 kg.

What is the minimum age for using and maintaining the treadmill?

Only adults may use the device. Children under 14 must never use the device or perform any cleaning or maintenance tasks on it. Children and pets must be kept at least 3 m (10 ft) away from the device. The moving running belt is especially dangerous.

What should I bear in mind when setting up the device?

Please set up the device indoors in a dry area. The floor should be sturdy, and the device should not cover any ventilation openings. Please ensure there is enough clearance in front of, behind, and beside the treadmill.

Can I also use the treadmill with the handlebar folded down?

No. It is not a 2-in-1 treadmill. You therefore cannot use the machine with the handles folded down.
