What exercises can I do with the BRT150?

The BRT150 combines 6 workout options in one piece of equipment: crunches, sit-ups, back extensions (hyperextensions), dips, push-ups using the support handles, and dumbbell exercises. This lets you train your abs, back, and arms using your own body weight.

What height is the BRT150 suitable for?

For users between 1.60 m and 1.90 m tall. Adjust the bench to your height using the height-adjustable padded rail.

What is the maximum user weight for the BRT150?

For user weights up to 130 kg, and up to 100 kg for dips.

How can the incline be adjusted?

The bench has 3 incline positions. The steeper the angle, the more intense sit-ups and back extensions become.

How can the pad height be adjusted?

The padded support bar is adjustable to 6 heights in 4 cm increments from 85 to 105 cm: 85, 89, 93, 97, 101 and 105 cm. This ensures your hips are always positioned correctly when doing back extensions.

How many adjustment combinations are there?

The 3 incline angles can be freely combined with the 6 pad heights.

How do I adjust the back trainer?

The locking system securely locks the bench into the desired position. The adjustment takes just a few seconds.

How large is the BRT150?

When assembled, it measures 108 × 64 × 77 cm (L × W × H). Allow at least 0.6 m of clearance on all sides.

Can I fold up the BRT150?

Yes. When folded, it measures 109.5 × 45 × 12.5 cm and fits under the bed or in the closet.

  8. Always wear appropriate workout clothing during exercises. Do not wearclothes or other garments that could become entangled in the device. Running or athletic shoes are also required when using the device.
  9. Use the machine only for its intended purpose, as described in these instructions. Do not useany accessories that have not been recommended by the manufacturer.
  10. Do not place sharp-edged objects around the device.
  11. People with a disability should not use the device without the assistance of a qualified person or a doctor.
  12. To prevent injury, you should begin each workout with warm-up and stretching exercises.
  13. Never use the device if it is not working properly.
