What speed settings are available?

The treadmill supports speeds from 1 km/h to 15 km/h, making it suitable for both a relaxed walk and more intense training. With the bar raised, you can run at up to 15 km/h; with it folded down, you can walk at up to 6 km/h. The side rails attached to the bar give you extra support when running faster.

What data does the display show?

The LCD display keeps all your key workout stats at a glance, including time, speed, distance, incline, and calories.

Does the treadmill have an incline function?

Yes, the sTread Fold Pro offers an automatic incline of 11%, making your workout more intense. You can easily adjust the incline via the app, console, or remote control.

What user weight is the treadmill suitable for?

The treadmill is designed for a maximum user weight of 150 kg.

What is the patented LED color-changing function?

The sTread Fold Pro features an innovative, patented LED function that adjusts to your heart rate or speed in 7 color levels, from blue to magenta. Your heart rate is measured as soon as a heart rate monitor is connected to the treadmill via Bluetooth. This function is not only a visual highlight but also provides extra motivation during your workout. Important: The sPuls is not included.

How can the sTread Fold Pro be used in a home office?

Thanks to its compact dimensions and low height when folded (just 17 cm), the treadmill can be slid under a desk. In walking mode, you can stay active while working, making your daily routine more active without having to set aside extra time for exercise.

Which programs and training modes are available?

The treadmill offers 12 preset training programs (P01–P12) with different speed profiles. You can also manually set training goals such as time, distance, or calorie consumption.

How do I clean and maintain the treadmill?

Cleaning: Wipe down the device with a slightly damp cloth after each use. Avoid harsh cleaning agents. Maintenance: Lubricate the running belt after the first 25 hours of use and every 50 hours thereafter to extend its lifespan.

How does the emergency shutdown work?

The sTread Fold Pro is equipped with a safety clip that attaches to your clothing. If you fall, the clip detaches and the treadmill stops immediately to prevent injury.

Can I connect the sTread Fold Pro to an app?

Personal Requirements

Warning!Risk of health damage or even death from improper or excessive training! Use of the device is strenuous for the cardiovascular and musculoskeletal systems.

  • Ensure beforehand that there are no medical conditions or injuries that preclude the use of the device. Consult a doctor if necessary, especially in case of known or suspected problems.
  • The intensity of use (speed and incline) must never exceed the current fitness level of the user.
  • Pay attention to signals from your body. Heart rate monitoring systems can be inaccurate.
  • Stop training immediately, for example, in the event of the following symptoms: pain, tightness in the chest, irregular heartbeat, shortness of breath, dizziness, or nausea. Then consult a doctor.
  • Persons with limited abilities may only use the device under suitable supervision and at a low speed.

Weight and Age Requirements

  • Only adults may use the device.
  • The maximum user weight is 150 kg (331 lb).
  • Children under 14 years of age must never use the device or perform cleaning or maintenance tasks on the device.

General Terms of Use

  • Do not use the device commercially; it is intended for home use only.
  • Do not use the device for therapeutic purposes.
  • Children and pets must be kept at a safe distance of at least 3 m (10 ft) from the device; the moving running belt is particularly dangerous.

Unpacking and Setup

Danger!Risk of suffocation! Keep plastic bags and similar items away from children and pets.

  • For easy return, keep the packaging material during the return period.
  • Only set up the device on a firm, level surface in dry indoor areas. Protect sensitive surfaces with a heat-resistant mat.
  • Set up the device with sufficient clearance, at least 2 m (6.6 ft) behind the device.
  • Ensure that all ventilation openings in the motor compartment are clear and clean.

Ensure immediately before each use

  • Perform a visual inspection before each use: stability, running belt, connections, cables.
  • Do not use the device if defective and arrange for repair.
  • Only use the device with non-slip sports shoes. Do not run barefoot or in socks.
  • Do not use the device under the influence of alcohol, medication, or drugs.

During use

  • Only step onto the device when the running belt is stationary. Start at the lowest speed.
  • Only run forward. Never overexert yourself. Do not stand still on the moving running belt.
  • Only exit the device when the running belt is stationary. Step off to the side.

Cleaning, Maintenance, and Storage

  • Perform maintenance regularly and only in accordance with the instructions.
  • Store the device in a dry, clean place protected from frost, heat, and sunlight.
