Come si regola l'angolo di inclinazione?

La panca ha 3 angoli di inclinazione. Più è ripida l'inclinazione, più intensi diventano sit-up ed estensioni della schiena.

Come si regola l'altezza dell'imbottitura?

La guida dell'imbottitura è regolabile in 6 altezze, a passi di 4 cm da 85 a 105 cm: 85, 89, 93, 97, 101 e 105 cm. Così i fianchi poggiano sempre correttamente durante le estensioni della schiena.

Quante combinazioni di regolazione ci sono?

I 3 angoli di inclinazione si possono combinare liberamente con le 6 altezze dell'imbottitura.

Come regolo l'allenatore dorsale?

Grazie al sistema di bloccaggio, la panca si blocca in modo sicuro nella posizione desiderata. La regolazione richiede solo pochi secondi.

  7. Keep hands away from all moving parts.
  8. Always wear appropriate workout clothing during exercises. Do not wearclothes or other garments that could become entangled in the device. Running or athletic shoes are also required when using the device.
  9. Use the machine only for its intended purpose, as described in these instructions. Do not useany accessories that have not been recommended by the manufacturer.
  10. Do not place sharp-edged objects around the device.
  11. People with a disability should not use the device without the assistance of a qualified person or a doctor.
  12. To prevent injury, you should begin each workout with warm-up and stretching exercises.
  13. Never use the device if it is not working properly.
