Is the seat adjustable?

Yes. The seat can be adjusted to 5 different incline positions. This keeps you stable during incline bench exercises and prevents you from sliding forward.

How do I adjust the bench?

In just a few seconds with the quick-release screw system: loosen the knob, move the backrest or seat to the desired position, and tighten it again.

Can the footrest be adjusted?

Yes. The ergonomic footrest is adjustable and securely holds your legs in place, especially during sit-ups and crunches in the decline position.

It weighs 13.5 kg and is easy to carry using the handle. It doesn’t have transport wheels.

No. The BRT400 comes fully assembled and is ready to use as soon as you unfold and lock it in place.
