The sGym Pro is an intelligent, smart strength training station with an integrated display. Instead of weight plates, modern motors generate the resistance, making it particularly precise and flexible to control. With a maximum training weight of 120 kg, it offers a wide range of workouts for all fitness levels. You can choose from over 400 exercise variations, and more than 300 built-in exercise videos on the display show you how to perform each exercise correctly. Despite its powerful capabilities, the machine takes up very little space, making it suitable for smaller rooms too. It provides a complete full-body workout and helps you effectively achieve your individual fitness goals.

The sGym Pro offers resistance of up to 120 kg, divided into 60 kg per arm. The system is powered by two electric motors.

The motors have the same warranty as the entire device: 2 years.

Resistance is generated by the electromagnetic force of the motors. This allows it to be adjusted precisely in 0.5 kg increments.

Yes. In standard mode, you feel resistance during both the concentric part of the movement, when you push or pull the weight, and the eccentric part, when you slowly give way. If you want to focus specifically on the eccentric phase, select the dedicated eccentric mode on the display.

The cable pulley can be adjusted to 13 positions: 12 height settings on the vertical frame and one additional position on the base plate. This makes it suitable for people between 150 and 200 cm tall.

The minimum weight per side is 2.5 kg and can be adjusted in 0.5 kg increments.

The sGym Pro is made from high-quality, durable materials. Its frame is crafted from thick, rust-resistant steel and finished with a wear-resistant coating. Sturdy aluminum components at the base provide stability while keeping it easy to handle.

Yes. In its eccentric mode, the sGym Pro focuses on the return phase: You apply force as you return, intensifying muscle stimulation.

Depending on the view, the display shows weight, repetitions, workout time, and range of motion, among other things. You can select the resistance settings and four training modes directly on the screen. Once a workout starts, a line graph visualizes the workload in real time.

The sGym Pro offers four resistance modes that support different training goals.

In Standard mode, it provides consistent resistance during both the pull and return phases, building muscle strength and endurance in parallel.

Eccentric mode focuses on the return phase of the movement, intensifying muscle stimulation and improving control, making it especially effective for building muscle.

In Isokinetic mode, resistance adjusts to your pulling speed: the faster you move, the greater the load. This improves explosive strength while reducing pressure on your joints.

Finally, Elastic mode increases resistance as the pulling length increases, providing greater peak stimulation, more stability, and improved movement control.

Partner, Support, and Weighted are not resistance modes in their own right, but additional features: Partner lets two people train simultaneously, each using a weight arm with a different weight. Support assists you with pull-ups and dips, while Weighted adds extra weight.

The Sportstech Live app is already fully installed on the sGym Pro display. When you buy the smart strength station, you also get 1 year of Sportstech Live Premium for free: you receive a code that you redeem in the Sportstech Live app on your smartphone or on an sLine device. Regular updates with new workouts, features, and content also ensure that your training never gets boring and that you stay motivated.

The sGym Pro currently has no paywall: all features are available to every user. That's why code activation on the sGym Pro isn't possible. You redeem your code for 1 year of Sportstech Live Premium in the Sportstech Live app on your smartphone or on an sLine device.

The sGym Pro comes with a wide range of accessories:

Pull-up bar, non-slip floor mat (protects against scratches), dip bars, two single handles, barbell with barbell pad, training belt, ankle straps, two extension cables, triceps rope, and safety spotter.

The handles are already included and can be stored on the back of the strength station to save space. The sGym Bench is available as an optional incline and flat bench. It expands your workout with additional exercises while lying down and sitting. Bench presses and lat pulldowns are also possible without the bench.

Cardio workouts are also possible on the strength station: with the optional sGym Rower, you can row on the sGym Pro.

The sGym Pro enables a comprehensive full-body workout. This includes bench presses for the chest and triceps, lat pulldowns or rows for the back and biceps, as well as resistance squats for the legs and core. You can also perform numerous other exercises for your shoulders, abs, and other muscle groups.

Yes, thanks to the integrated pull-up bar, you can train with different pull-up variations, for example, and use the dip bars mounted on the sides to perform dips or leg raises for your chest, arms, and core.

The pull-up assistance function helps you perform pull-ups even when your body weight still feels too heavy. The motors in sGym Pro offset part of your body weight, so you pull with less resistance and can gradually improve. To use it, put on the training belt, set the cable pulley to its highest position, and clip the carabiners onto your belt. Then set the desired weight on the display.

With the sGym Pro, you can do dips and pull-ups not only with your body weight, but also with added resistance (Weighted function). To do this, use the training belt, attach it directly to the cable pulley with a carabiner, and set the cable pulley to the lowest level. This adds weight and makes the exercise more challenging. For pull-up and dip assistance (Support function), where the motors help you pull yourself up, set the cable pulley to the highest level.

When set up, the sGym Pro requires a floor space of approx. 1.42 m² (91 × 156 cm); when folded, it takes up just approx. 0.49 m² (91 × 54 cm). For your workout, allow for a movement area of about 200 × 200 cm (W × D). For pull-ups, we recommend a ceiling height of 260 cm.

The Spotter works like a remote control for your strength station. You can use it to start your workout, increase the resistance or lower it.

The Spotter can also be attached to the barbell. This means you can safely perform heavy strength exercises such as shoulder presses or bench presses. If the resistance is too high, you can switch it off immediately using the Spotter.

Yes, you can move the sGym Pro around the room thanks to its integrated transport wheels. Fold in the base plate. Grip the pull-up handles, keep one foot down by the motor, and carefully begin tilting the machine forward. Once the machine is at an angle of about 45°, you can maneuver it around the room fairly easily.

Important! To avoid accidents, we recommend having at least one other person help!

Yes, you can simply fold the base upright and, thanks to the integrated lowering function, lower it back down to a horizontal position just as easily.

Assembly usually takes less than 10 minutes. You only need to attach the pull-up bar using 6 screws.

No, assembly is not included automatically. By default, delivery is made by freight carrier to the curbside. In Germany, you can optionally add “Delivery & assembly at your preferred location” for €299 at checkout: Hermes will deliver your sGym Pro to the room and assemble it.

No, the sGym Pro cannot be disassembled into separate parts. Before delivery, please check that the access route is wide enough: the packaging measures approx. 205 × 91 × 49 cm and weighs approx. 140 kg gross.

The sGym Pro is switched off using the power button.
