Attualmente spediamo in Germania, Austria, Svizzera, Francia, Italia, Spagna e Paesi Bassi. Il Belgio seguirà a breve. Al momento non spediamo in altri Paesi (ad es. Lussemburgo, Regno Unito, Monaco o Norvegia). Per la Svizzera, ai tempi di consegna si aggiungono i tempi di sdoganamento.

When should I lubricate the treadmill belt?

It depends on how often you use it. For frequent use (3-5 times a week), apply 2–3 drops between the running belt and the running deck, or use the filling aid, every 2–3 weeks. For less frequent use (1-3 times a week), apply every 6–8 weeks.

Is the sWalk Plus treadmill compatible with the Sportstech Live app?

Yes. The sWalk treadmill is compatible with the Sportstech Live app.

Does the treadmill have a folding feature for space-saving storage?

Yes, our treadmill features a convenient folding design that lets you store it upright and save space.

How can I adjust the color of the LEDs, and is there a way to turn down the startup sound?

The LED colors change depending on your speed or heart rate zone. The startup sound is currently set to a fixed volume and cannot be adjusted.

How much power does the treadmill use?

Our treadmill is energy-efficient and has comparatively low power consumption.

Can you also jog on the treadmill, and what is the maximum speed?

The treadmill is suitable for both walking and jogging. The maximum speed is 12 km/h.

Is the treadmill compatible with heart rate monitors, and how do I pair them?

The treadmill is compatible with the Sportstech "sPulse". Pairing is done via the "Sportstech Live app.

How loud is the treadmill during operation, and is it suitable for use in an office?

The operating noise of our treadmill is relatively low during normal use, making it suitable for use in the office as well.

What are the dimensions of the running surface, and what is included in the delivery?

The running surface measures 105 x 40 cm. The package includes the treadmill, power cable, user manual, treadmill handle, remote control, and tools for attaching the support feet.

Is the treadmill suitable for users of all weight classes?

The maximum user weight for the sWalk Plus is 150 kg.

• Achten Sie auf Signale Ihres Körpers. Pulsmess-Systeme können ungenau sein.

• Beenden Sie das Training umgehend bei folgenden Symptomen: Schmerzen, Engegefühl in der Brust, unregelmäßiger Herzschlag, Kurzatmigkeit, Schwindel oder Übelkeit. Konsultieren Sie anschließend einen Arzt.

• Menschen mit eingeschränkten Fähigkeiten dürfen das Gerät nur mit einer geeigneten Aufsichtsperson und mit niedriger Geschwindigkeit benutzen.

Gewichts- und Altersvoraussetzungen

• Nur erwachsene Personen dürfen das Gerät benutzen.

• Das maximal zulässige Nutzergewicht beträgt 150 kg (331 lb).

• Kinder unter 14 Jahren dürfen das Gerät nicht benutzen und keine Reinigungs- oder Wartungsarbeiten durchführen.

Allgemeine Einsatzbedingungen

• Gerät nicht kommerziell, sondern ausschließlich für den Heimgebrauch verwenden.

• Gerät nicht für therapeutische Zwecke nutzen.

• Kinder und Haustiere müssen mit einem Sicherheitsabstand von mindestens 3 m (10 ft) vom Gerät ferngehalten werden. Besonders gefährlich ist der bewegte Laufgurt.

Auspacken und Aufstellen

• GEFAHR! Erstickungsgefahr: Plastikbeutel und ähnliches von Kindern und Haustieren fernhalten.

• Für eine einfache Rücksendung das Verpackungsmaterial während des Rückgabezeitraums aufbewahren. Danach entsprechend den örtlichen Vorschriften entsorgen.

• Gerät nur auf festem, ebenem Untergrund in trockenen Innenräumen aufstellen.

• Gerät mit ausreichend Freiraum in allen Richtungen aufstellen. Hinter dem Gerät mindestens 2 m (6,6 ft) Freiraum lassen.

Unmittelbar vor jeder Nutzung sicherstellen

• Vor jeder Nutzung eine Sichtprüfung durchführen: Steht das Gerät sicher? Ist der Laufgurt korrekt gespannt? Sind alle Verbindungen fest? Ist das Kabel intakt?

• Bei Defekten das Gerät nicht verwenden und Reparatur veranlassen.

• Gerät nur mit rutschfesten Sportschuhen benutzen. Niemals barfuß oder mit Absatzschuhen.

Während der Nutzung

• Gerät nur betreten wenn der Laufgurt stillsteht. Mit niedrigster Geschwindigkeit starten. Nur vorwärts laufen. Nicht überanstrengen.

• Geschwindigkeit langsam bis zum Stillstand reduzieren. Gerät nur verlassen wenn der Laufgurt vollständig stillsteht — seitlich absteigen.

Reinigung, Wartung und Lagerung

• Wartung regelmäßig und nur gemäß Anleitung. Gerät trocken, sauber und geschützt vor Frost und direkter Sonneneinstrahlung lagern.
