Water resistance is the key principle that gives the WRX500 rowing machine an especially realistic feel, similar to rowing on real water. Instead of mechanical or magnetic resistance, it uses a water tank with 16 specially shaped turbine blades that spin through the water with every rowing stroke. The harder and faster you pull, the greater the resistance. This means your workout automatically adapts to your intensity and fitness level, with no manual adjustment needed.
