Over 50 exercises for your entire body: pull-ups with different grip widths, dips, push-ups, leg raises, and sit-ups. This is how you train your back, chest, shoulders, arms, abs, legs, and glutes.

Is the PT300 suitable for beginners?

Yes. Start with push-ups, leg raises, and sit-ups. For pull-ups and dips, negative reps are a good way to get started: just perform the downward movement slowly.

What is the maximum user weight for the PT300?

For users weighing up to 120 kg.

What grip widths are available on the pull-up bar?

Three grip widths: outer 88 cm, middle 42 cm, and inner 22 cm.

How wide are dip bars and push-up bars?

The dip bars are 62 cm apart, and the push-up bars are 63 cm apart. The push-up handles are non-slip.

Can I expand the PT300?

Yes. Four accessory loops provide space for suspension trainers or Power Ropes. You can also train with additional weights.

What are the dimensions of the PT300, and how much space do I need?

The footprint measures 133 × 80 cm (L × W). At the top, the PT300 pull-up bar is 103.5 cm wide. The height can be adjusted between 211 and 227 cm. Allow around 2 m² of workout space, including room to move.

How can the height be adjusted?

Over 3 levels spaced 8 cm apart: 211 cm, 219 cm, and 227 cm. This lets you adjust the station to your height and ceiling height.

What ceiling height do I need?

At the lowest setting, the PT300 is 211 cm tall. When doing pull-ups, your head goes above the bar, so you should allow about 40 cm of clearance above it. That means a room height of at least approx. 2.50 m is recommended at the lowest setting, and at least approx. 2.70 m at the highest setting.

Is the PT300 stable?

Yes. The powder-coated steel frame stands on 4 height-adjustable rubber feet that let you compensate for uneven surfaces. It also has 4 rubber suction feet for extra stability.

How heavy is the PT300?

Net weight 26.4 kg, 28.4 kg with packaging.

Is assembly complicated?

No, assembly is easy and described in the manual. The manual is also available to download. There’s an assembly video on YouTube.

Are the cushions comfortable?

The back and arm supports have extra-thick, breathable foam padding, and the sit-up bar has foam rollers.

Which accessories are recommended?

A floor protection mat protects your floor. For heart rate-based training, the Sportstech sPulse heart rate monitor chest strap is a great fit.
