Do I need to drill or screw anything in during assembly?

No, the pull-up bar is mounted without any drilling or screws. Simply hook it into the door frame. It’s quick and easy to remove without leaving any marks.

What is the maximum weight capacity?

The bar can support up to 200 kg.

What training options does the pull-up bar offer?

The Pullmate is perfect for a wide range of bodyweight exercises, such as: Pull-ups (overhand and underhand grip) Leg raises Push-ups TRX band exercises And many more upper-body exercises. The set also includes pull-up assistance bands and TRX bands for even more exercise options. The pull-up band, for example, acts as a counterweight and helps you with exercises you can’t (yet) do with your full body weight.
