Für Nutzer von 1,60 m bis 1,90 m. Über die höhenverstellbare Polsterschiene passt du die Bank an deine Größe an.

Bis zu welchem Körpergewicht ist die BRT150 belastbar?

Bis 130 kg Nutzergewicht, bei Dips bis 100 kg.

Wie lässt sich der Neigungswinkel verstellen?

Die Bank hat 3 Neigungswinkel. Je steiler die Neigung, desto intensiver werden Sit-ups und Rückenstrecker.

Wie lässt sich die Polsterhöhe verstellen?

Die Polsterschiene ist 6‑fach höhenverstellbar, in 4‑cm‑Schritten von 85 bis 105 cm: 85, 89, 93, 97, 101 und 105 cm. So liegt die Hüfte bei Rückenstreckern immer richtig auf.

Wie viele Einstellkombinationen gibt es?

Die 3 Neigungswinkel lassen sich frei mit den 6 Polsterhöhen kombinieren.

Wie verstelle ich den Rückentrainer?

Über das Arretiersystem rastet die Bank sicher in der gewünschten Position ein. Der Umbau dauert nur wenige Sekunden.

Wie groß ist die BRT150?

Aufgebaut misst sie 108 × 64 × 77 cm (L × B × H). Plane rundherum mindestens 0,6 m Freiraum ein.

  9. Use the machine only for its intended purpose, as described in these instructions. Do not useany accessories that have not been recommended by the manufacturer.
  10. Do not place sharp-edged objects around the device.
  11. People with a disability should not use the device without the assistance of a qualified person or a doctor.
  12. To prevent injury, you should begin each workout with warm-up and stretching exercises.
  13. Never use the device if it is not working properly.
