A Monolift is a specialized training accessory that attaches to a Smith Machine and makes it easier to lift heavy weights safely. Instead of having to lift the weight from a fixed position, the Monolift automatically moves backward as you lift the weight, eliminating unnecessary forward or backward movement. This helps protect your joints and reduces the risk of injury.

The Monolift is a premium accessory for the Sportstech SXM150 and SXM200 Smith Machines and can be attached directly to the machines’ racks. It is not compatible with other strength training stations or free-standing barbell racks.

For an effective workout with the Monolift, you’ll need a barbell and weight plates. Sportstech offers both an Olympic barbell and WP100 weight plates in various sizes (5 kg, 10 kg, 15 kg, and 20 kg), ideal for use with the Monolift.

The Monolift enables a wide range of strength training exercises, especially heavy compound lifts such as: Squats – Reduces stress on the knees and hips by placing the barbell directly in the optimal starting position Bench Press – Ensures ideal barbell positioning without having to move the bar out of a rack Overhead Press – Supports proper posture and makes it easier to get into the starting position for pressing overhead

The maximum weight capacity is 136 kg, making the Monolift suitable for advanced strength training as well.

The Monolift is made from a sturdy combination of steel, aluminum, and plastic, ensuring high load capacity and durability.
