General Safety Instructions

These general safety instructions must be strictly observed when using this product. Read all instructions before using the product.

• The device is intended exclusively for private home use and not for commercial purposes.

• Place and use the device on a dry, level, and non-slip surface, leaving at least 2.5 meters of clearance around it.

• Do NOT place any sharp or pointed objects near the speedbike.

• To protect the floor or carpet from damage or discoloration, you should place a special floor protection mat under the device.

• Keep children and pets away from the speedbike at all times. NEVER leave children unattended in the same room as the device.

• Ill or disabled persons should only use the speedbike under the supervision of a trained physiotherapist or doctor.

• If you experience dizziness, nausea, chest pain, or other unusual symptoms, stop your workout immediately and SEEK MEDICAL ATTENTION.

• Place the speedbike on a clear, level surface that is neither damp nor wet. Place a mat underneath to stabilize the exercise equipment and protect the floor from scratches.

• Use the speedbike exclusively for its intended purpose and as described in this manual. Do NOT use any accessories that have not been expressly recommended by the manufacturer.

• Strictly follow the assembly instructions provided here when assembling the exercise equipment.

• Before first use, check all bolts and other fasteners and ensure that the speedbike is in proper condition.

• Perform regular routine inspections of your fitness equipment. Pay particular attention to wear parts and parts that may become loose during use, such as screws and wheels. Defective parts should be replaced immediately. This is the only way to ensure the safety of your exercise equipment. Please refrain from further use until proper repairs have been carried out.

• If your speedbike has a functional defect, it must NOT BE OPERATED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

• This device may always only be used by one person at a time.

• Do not use abrasive or corrosive cleaning agents to clean the device. Wipe sweat drops off the device immediately after the workout with a soft cloth.

• Always wear suitable workout clothing. This also includes suitable footwear, such as running or aerobic shoes.

• You should always warm up with stretching exercises before exercising.

• The torque of the device increases with speed and vice versa. The speedbike has an adjustment knob with which you can adjust the resistance.
