From Order to Shipping
Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within one day (excluding weekends and holidays).
If the item is not immediately available, we will ship it as soon as it becomes available. We provide information about the availability of an item on the product pages.
During periods of high order volume, shipping may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days for delivery. If the shipping of your order is significantly delayed, we will contact you by email or telephone.
Shipping Time

| GLS, DPD | Shipping time: 1–2 business days. Delivery is to your front door. At least 2 delivery attempts will be made. |
| Rieck IDS | Shipping time: 2–4 business days. Delivery is to the curb. The freight carrier will coordinate a four-hour delivery window with you. |
| Hermes | Delivery to your desired location with product assembly. The delivery date will be arranged by telephone. Available only for selected products. Only in Germany. |
Note: For deliveries to Switzerland, customs clearance time is added to the shipping time.

Shipping Methods
Parcel shipping (GLS, DPD)
- For the delivery of items up to a total weight of 40 kg
Freight delivery (Rieck IDS)
- For the delivery of items from a total weight of 40 kg
- Delivery: For delivery, we require a valid telephone number for the recipient. The freight carrier will call to schedule the delivery before arrival.
- Delivery on weekdays Mon–Fri 8:00–16:00. Saturday delivery or delivery after 16:00 may be available for an additional charge upon request.
- Storage after notification is possible for a maximum of 48 hours. Please contact the freight carrier directly if necessary.
Shipment Information
You will receive an email with your tracking number and a link so that you can track the shipping of your goods.
