In welche Länder liefert ihr?

Wir liefern aktuell nach Deutschland, Österreich, in die Schweiz, nach Frankreich, Italien, Spanien und in die Niederlande. Belgien folgt in Kürze. In andere Länder (z.

Klarna (inkl. Ratenzahlung) gibt es in allen Märkten. Je nach Land kommen weitere Zahlarten hinzu:

  • Deutschland: Klarna, PayPal, Unzer
  • Österreich: Klarna, PayPal, EPS, Unzer
  • Schweiz: Klarna, TWINT, Unzer
  • Frankreich: Klarna, PayPal
  • Italien, Spanien, Niederlande: Klarna
What is the difference compared to the PROwer?

Both devices are ideal for efficient full-body workouts at home. Unlike the PROwer, the PROwer Lite does not need to be plugged in and runs on batteries. Instead of an LED Knob display, the PROwer Lite features an LCD display at eye level with a tablet holder, and a resistance knob on the center console. The PROwer Lite offers 16 resistance levels, while the PROwer offers 32. However, the resistance at level 16 on the PROwer Lite is just as high as at level 32 on the PROwer.

Can the device be folded up?

No, it doesn’t fold, but it can be stored vertically against the wall. This saves even more space, and it’s easy to move thanks to the built-in transport wheels.

Which metrics are displayed on the LCD screen?

The innovative LCD display always shows you all the key performance data: time, distance, heart rate, watts, SPM (strokes per minute), calories, and resistance levels (16 levels available)

How do I adjust the resistance?

You can adjust the resistance using the rotary knob on the center console. There are 16 resistance levels.

Do I need to plug the device into a power outlet?

No, the PROwer Lite runs on batteries and does not require a mains connection.

What is the main difference between the types of resistance in rowing machines?

The main difference lies in how resistance is generated: magnetic resistance is especially quiet, low-maintenance, and offers precise adjustment options. Compared with air or water resistance, it operates smoothly and is ideal for home use, as it won’t disturb neighbors or housemates.

Is the PROwer Lite compatible with the Sportstech Live app, and what features does it offer?

Yes, you can connect the PROwer Lite to the Sportstech Live app via Bluetooth.

The app offers you a wide range of rowing workouts. You can easily follow them on your tablet or smartphone.

What is the maximum user weight?

The maximum permitted user weight for the rowing machine is 120 kg.

How is my heart rate measured?

You can display your current heart rate with the sPulse heart rate monitor.
