Über 50 Übungen für den ganzen Körper: Klimmzüge in verschiedenen Griffweiten, Dips, Liegestütze, Beinheben und Sit-ups. So trainierst du Rücken, Brust, Schultern, Arme, Bauch, Beine und Po.

Ist die PT300 für Anfänger geeignet?

Ja. Starte mit Liegestützen, Beinheben und Sit-ups. Für Klimmzüge und Dips eignen sich zum Einstieg negative Wiederholungen, bei denen du nur die Abwärtsbewegung langsam ausführst.

Bis zu welchem Körpergewicht ist die PT300 belastbar?

Bis 120 kg Nutzergewicht.

Welche Griffweiten gibt es an der Klimmzugstange?

Drei Griffweiten: außen 88 cm, mittig 42 cm und innen 22 cm.

Wie breit sind Dip- und Liegestützbarren?

Die Dip-Barren haben 62 cm Abstand, die Liegestützbarren 63 cm. Die Liegestützgriffe sind rutschfest.

Kann ich die PT300 erweitern?

Ja. Vier Zubehör-Ösen bieten Platz für Schlingentrainer oder Power Ropes. Weiterhin kann man mit Zusatztrainingsgewicht trainieren.

Wie groß ist die PT300 und wie viel Platz brauche ich?

Die Grundfläche beträgt 133 × 80 cm (L × B). Oben an der Klimmzugstange ist die PT300 103,5 cm breit. Die Höhe lässt sich zwischen 211 und 227 cm einstellen. Plane mit Bewegungsfreiraum rund 2 m² Trainingsfläche ein.

Wie lässt sich die Höhe verstellen?

Über 3 Stufen im Abstand von 8 cm: 211 cm, 219 cm und 227 cm. So passt du die Station an deine Körpergröße und deine Raumhöhe an.

Welche Deckenhöhe brauche ich?

Die PT300 ist in der niedrigsten Stufe 211 cm hoch. Bei Klimmzügen kommt dein Kopf über die Stange, deshalb solltest du darüber etwa 40 cm Luft einplanen. In der niedrigsten Stufe ist also eine Raumhöhe ab ca. 2,50 m empfehlenswert, in der höchsten Stufe ab ca. 2,70 m.

Steht die PT300 sicher?

Ja. Der pulverbeschichtete Stahlrahmen steht auf 4 höhenverstellbaren Gummifüßen, mit denen du Unebenheiten ausgleichst. Dazu kommen 4 Gummisaugfüße für zusätzlichen Halt.

Wie schwer ist die PT300?

Netto 26,4 kg, mit Verpackung 28,4 kg.

Ist der Aufbau kompliziert?

Nein, die Montage ist einfach und im Handbuch beschrieben. Das Handbuch gibt es auch zum Download. Ein Aufbauvideo gibt es bei YouTube.

Sind die Polster bequem?

Rücken- und Armstützen haben extradicke, atmungsaktive Schaumstoffpolster, die Sit-up-Bar hat Schaumstoffrollen.

Welches Zubehör wird empfohlen?

Eine Bodenschutzmatte schützt deinen Boden. Für herzfrequenzbasiertes Training passt der Sportstech sPulse Pulsgurt.
