What is the Sportstech F75, and who is it suitable for?

The Sportstech F75 is a powerful treadmill for demanding cardio workouts at home. It’s ideal for losing weight, burning fat, and building endurance. With its high speed, automatic incline, and spacious running surface, it’s suitable for beginners and experienced runners alike – from relaxed walking to intense running sessions.

Why is the F75 better than many other treadmills?

Compared directly with many standard treadmills, the F75 offers key advantages: While many models top out at 16 km/h and have no incline function, the F75 reaches speeds of up to 20 km/h and offers an automatic incline of up to 11%. The Sportstech Live app also comes preinstalled, giving you access to a digital training ecosystem, a feature that many other treadmills lack or offer only to a limited extent. This makes your workouts much more versatile, intense, and motivating in the long term.*

Is registration required to use the Sportstech Live app?

Yes, registration with the Sportstech Live app is required to use the treadmill. The F75 cannot be operated without a registered user account and an active login.*

Is the Sportstech Live app paid?

The Sportstech Live app is free to use. No paid subscription is required. However, you can choose to subscribe to unlock additional content and enhanced features.*

What is the Sportstech Live app?

The Sportstech Live app is the F75’s digital training hub. It comes preinstalled on the display, providing a clear overview of workout data such as speed, distance, time, and calories. The app also offers personalized training plans, AI-powered workout suggestions, community challenges, a wide range of workouts, entertainment content, and motivating videos of scenic landscapes.*

How powerful is the treadmill?

The F75 features a powerful motor with 5 HP peak power and 2.5 HP continuous power, reaching a maximum speed of up to 20 km/h. For varied and intensive workouts, 18 automatic incline levels of up to 11% are available. This lets you enjoy both steady endurance sessions and challenging interval or hill workouts.

Is the treadmill gentle on the joints?

Yes, the F75 is designed for joint-friendly training. The 5-layer running belt provides effective cushioning and reduces stress on your knees and joints. The extra-wide running surface of 580 × 1600 mm also ensures a safe and stable running experience.

What is the maximum user weight?

The maximum user weight is 150 kg. The sturdy frame design ensures safe and reliable workouts, even during intensive use.

How should the treadmill be maintained?

To ensure a long service life and smooth operation, the treadmill should be maintained regularly. The running belt must be lubricated with silicone oil at regular intervals to prevent friction between the belt and the running deck. Lubrication is recommended after approximately 25 hours of operation or 2–3 months, and no later than after 50 hours of operation or 5–8 months. If the running belt is not lubricated regularly, this can lead to increased wear, noise, and, in the worst case, damage to the motor or running deck. Always make sure the power plug is disconnected before performing any maintenance.

Can I use the treadmill outdoors?

No, the treadmill is designed exclusively for indoor use. Using it outdoors can cause damage due to moisture, temperature fluctuations, or dirt, and is not recommended.

What support can I get if I have questions or problems?

If you have any questions or problems, Sportstech customer service is always there to help. Customer concerns are our top priority. German-language video tutorials, 24/7 support, and a 2-year warranty are available. The support team provides expert assistance with technical questions, maintenance, and general product-related concerns.

How do demo units differ from new products?

Demo units may show minor signs of use and are therefore offered at a reduced price. Demo units come with a 12-month warranty (instead of the 2-year warranty for new products) and a 14-day right of withdrawal.
