The Sportstech sRow is our innovative premium rowing machine for a powerful rowing experience at home. It’s the ideal training machine for anyone who wants to work out smart and effectively. With its large 21.5″ touchscreen, interactive workouts, 24-level quiet magnetic resistance system, and LED lighting, it offers a motivating workout experience - right at home.

Which muscle groups do I train when rowing on the sRow?

With the srow rowing machine, you can get an effective full-body workout that engages almost all major muscle groups at once. Your legs work as you push off from the machine, your back and shoulders are active as you lean back and pull, your arms draw the handle toward you, and your abs and core provide stability throughout the movement. Thanks to its smooth motion, the workout is particularly easy on your joints and suitable for all fitness levels.

How much space does the sRow need in my home?

When folded, the sRow has a footprint of about 101.5 x 45.5 cm - no more than a typical coffee table. According to the manual, you need at least 2 m of clearance from walls and objects for safe use, as well as a ceiling height of 2.00 m or more.

Can I rotate the display?

Yes, you can rotate the display by up to 330°.

What height is the sRow suitable for?

The sRow is suitable for people between 1.65 m and 1.90 m tall.

How is the sRow delivered and assembled?

Assembly is simple and described in detail in the manual and video instructions. Here’s the manual: https://sportstech.link/srow_manual Here are the video instructions: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0HQDDchDt2o

Enjoy studio-quality training at home, with an LED feedback system that responds to your resistance or heart rate.

Is access to Sportstech Live App Premium included with the purchase?

No, a premium membership is not included. A separate paid membership is required. However, we offer you a 30-day trial when you purchase the sRows. As soon as your device is ready to use, you’ll automatically get full access to the Sportstech Live membership directly via the display. Try out all the features: courses with professional trainers, challenges, streaming, smart performance tracking, and more. If you don’t cancel, your membership will automatically renew after the trial period - with complete flexibility and the option to cancel at any time. Learn more about our Sportstech Live membership.

Can I connect heart rate monitors?

Yes, it’s possible! We recommend the sPulse armband, specially developed for the sRow. It transmits your heart rate in real time and integrates perfectly with the LED system, which changes color depending on your training intensity.

What does “display model” mean?

Demonstration units are like-new products that have only been used briefly at trade shows, demonstrations, or as test units. They may show minimal signs of use, but have been technically inspected and are fully functional.
