No, the VP400 is not compatible with the Sportstech Live app.

What frequency and amplitude do the VP400 motors operate at?

The VP400 is equipped with two motors: the first motor generates oscillation (vibrating movements). It operates at a frequency range of 5-15 Hz vertically and 3-10 Hz horizontally. The amplitude, or range of motion, is 0-10 mm vertically and 0-15 mm horizontally. The second motor generates vibration and operates at a frequency of 1-40 Hz.

How accurate is the calorie burn shown?

The displayed calorie consumption is an estimate calculated from general workout data.

Where can I find more workout videos?

More workouts and inspiration for an effective workout are available in the Sportstech Live app.

What does “display model” mean?
