With the adjustable Ironmate dumbbell, you no longer have to worry about loose dumbbells or weights lying around. It offers all the weight settings you need for strength training in a single dumbbell. Train your whole body with a wide range of exercises, from bicep curls for your arms and bent-over rows for your back to single-leg squats for your legs and lateral raises for your shoulders.

You can easily set the weight in seconds using the dumbbell handle. To adjust the weight, simply turn the handle without lifting the dumbbell. Once the desired weight clicks into place, just take the dumbbell out of the cradle and start training.

The Ironmate dumbbell stands out with its compact design. You don't need much space, and you don't have to worry about loose weight plates or collars lying around. You can adjust the weight in a second. While other dumbbells come in 5 kg increments (5, 10, 15, 20, etc.), you can adjust the weight much more precisely and to a higher level with this one.

All weight plates are stored in a fixed weight rack. It takes up no more than 0.25 m². However, we generally recommend setting aside some space for weight training: 3 to 4 m² so you can move your arms and legs freely. If you’re using a weight bench as well, 5 to 6 m² is recommended.

The number of weight settings depends on the variant. The 18 kg variant offers 12 weight settings up to 18 kg. The 24 kg variant offers 12 weight settings up to 24 kg. The 40 kg variant offers 16 weight settings up to 40 kg.

Yes, absolutely. The dumbbell has an integrated safety locking mechanism that prevents weight plates from slipping or falling off during your workout. The weight can only be adjusted while the dumbbell is in its cradle. As soon as you lift it, the selected weight plates lock automatically and remain securely in place.

If you can’t turn the dial with the handle during use, never force the handle. Instead, try the following: 1. Remove the handle and check the ridges in the opening. 2. Align the weight plates so the marking lines up with the handle. 3. Reinsert the plates, insert the handle, and turn it to the lowest setting. It should work again after that.

The Ironmate dumbbell has weight plates made of high-quality steel, coated with a robust and durable ABS layer. This prevents sharp edges and protects the weight plates from corrosion.
